小儿骨折手术围术期应用规范化流程护理的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Standardized Nursing Process in Perioperative Period of Pediatric Fracture Surgery

目的:观察小儿骨折患儿围术期中行规范化流程护理的临床效果及对患儿焦虑情绪疼痛症状以及生活质量的影响价值。方法:纳入我院接收并诊治的小儿骨折患儿74例为研究对象,患儿就诊时间为2019年4月-2020年4月,74例小儿骨:折患儿根据信封法平均分为对照组和观察组2组,对照组(37例)患儿接受围术期常规护理,观察组(37例)患儿接受围术期规范化流程护理。研究2组患儿护理前、护理2周后儿童焦虑性情绪障碍筛查量表(SCARED)评分、简明-麦-吉疼痛问卷(SF-MPQ)评分、生活质量测定简表(WHOQOL-BREF)评分。结果:护理2周后,2组SCARED量表、SF-MPQ量表评分相比护理前均明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理2周后,2组WH0QOL-BREF量表评分相比护理前明显升高(P<0.05),且观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小儿骨折患儿围术期间行规范化流程护理的效果更加显著,能够明显緩解焦虑情绪和疼痛症状,提升生活质量。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of standardized nursing process in the perioperative period of children with fracture and its influence on anxiety,pain symptoms and quality of life of children.Methods:74 cases of children with fracture admitted and treated in our hospital were selected as the research object.During the period from April 2019 to April 2020,74 cases of children with frac-ture were equally divided into reference group and standardized process nursing group according to envelope method.The reference group(37 cases)received routine perioperative nursing,and the standardized process nursing group(37 cases)received standardized perioperative process nursing.The scores of children 6 anxiety disorder screening scale(SCARED),SF-MPQ and WHOQOL-BREF were studied before and after 2 weeks of nursing.Results:After 2 weeks of nursing,the scores of scared scale and SF-MPQ scale in the two groups were significantly lower than those before nursing(P<0.05),and the standardized process nursing group was significantly lower than the reference group,the difference was statisticaUy significant(P<0.05);after 2 weeks of nursing,the WHOQOL-BREF scale score of the two groups was significantly higher than that before nursing(P<0.05),and the standardized process nursing group was significantly higher than the reference group(P<0.05)Conclusion:The effect of standardized process nursing in children with fracture during perioperative period is more significant,which can significantly relieve anxiety and pain symptoms,and improve the quality of life.
