摘要
植物纤维/聚合物复合材料中所选取植物纤维的物理状态不同对复合材料的加工成型和成型后复合材料的性能都有一定的影响。综述了不同物理状态的粉末状纤维、短切纤维、连续纤维在增强聚合物中各自存在的优势及缺陷以及在3D打印这种新兴成型方式中的应用。将植物纤维/聚合物的3D打印成型与传统挤出、注塑等加工方式进行了比较,分析了采用不同加工方法加工不同物理状态植物纤维/聚合物时,各种工艺的优缺点。同时,对不同物理状态植物纤维/聚合物复合材料的未来研究方向进行了分析与展望。
The different physical states of plant fiber/polymer composites have a certain influence on the processing and properties of the composites.The advantages and disadvantages of powder fibers,chopped fibers and continuous fibers with different physical states in reinforced polymers and their applications in 3D printing are reviewed.The 3D printing of plant fiber/polymer was compared with traditional extrusion and injection molding,and the advantages and disadvantages of different processing methods were analyzed.At the same time,the future research directions of plant fiber/polymer composites with different physical states are analyzed and prospected.
