The Logical Structure of Xi Jinping’s View on Youth Education: Starting Point, Intermediary and End Point

习近平青年教育观是习近平总书记指导青年教育工作的观念、方法的集成。习近平青年教育观具有科学合理的逻辑结构。其逻辑起点是培养中国特色社会主义事业建设者和接班人,包括教育的本原和动机;在逻辑中介方面,以坚持社会主义为教育方向,以扎根中国大地为教育基础,以立德树人为教育根本任务,以机会公平为教育原则,以教师队伍建设为教育关键;其逻辑终点是达致人的“全面发展”。

XiJinping’s view on youth education is the integration of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s concepts and methods in guiding youth education.Drawing lessons from the research methods and concepts of logic and combing the text, this paper explains the logical structure of Xi Jinping’s view on youth education.The logical starting point is to train builders and successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics, including the origin and motivation of education.In the aspect of logical intermediary, we should adhere to socialism, making it as the educational direction;we should take root in the land of China, making it our educational foundation;we should educate and cultivate people with excellent ethnic value, making it our educational task;we should seek to far opportunity, making it our educational principle;and we should strengthen the construction of teaching staff, which is the key to education.By doing this, we will finally reach the logical end point of man’s "all-round development".
