汪受传教授运用温肺散寒、消风宣窍法治疗小儿鼻鼽肺气虚寒证经验

介绍了汪受传教授运用温肺散寒、消风宣窍法诊治小儿鼻鼽肺气虚寒证的经验。汪教授以伏风理论为基础,认为小儿鼻鼽肺气虚寒证的病机为外风和伏风相合而发,且与肺、脾、肾三脏功能失调相关,治以温肺散寒、消风宣窍,消伏风、御外风,采用验方消风宣窍汤治疗,取得了较好的临床疗效。附医案1则,以资验证。

This paper introduces professor WANG Shouchuan’s experience in using warming lung for dispelling cold as well as dispelling wind and dispersing orifices method to treat allergic rhinitis in children with deficiency and cold of lung qi syndrome.Based on the theory of latent wind,he holds that the pathogenesis thereof is the attack due to the combination of exogenous wind and latent wind,moreover,it is related to the dysfunction of three viscera involving lung,spleen and kidney.So the treatment is warming lung for dispelling cold as well as dispelling wind and dispersing orifices,by dispelling latent wind and resisting exogenous wind,and by using proved prescription Xiaofeng Xuanqiao Tang(消风宣窍汤),whereby achieving better clinical efficacy.One medical case is attached for verification.
