疫情常态化防控阶段地市级传染病医疗救治体系优化考量——以宜昌市为例

Optimization of Medical Treatment System for Infectious Diseases in Prefecture-level City at the Stage of Epidemic Normalization Prevention and Control:Taking Yichang City as an Example

传染病严重威胁人民群众生命财产安全,传染病疫情严重威胁国民经济发展、社会和谐稳定。当前,新的传染病陆续出现,突发性传染病时有发生。因此,遏制传染病持续传播、构建有效的传染病救治体系迫在眉睫。文章以宜昌市传染病救治现状为案例,结合医疗服务承载力不足、竞争性收治低效、传染病医院建设滞后、政策支持不完善等问题,从收治路径、动力机制等视角提出地市级传染病医疗救治系统优化方案。

Infectious diseases seriously threaten the safety of people's lives and property,and the epidemic situation of infectious diseases seriously threatens the development of national economy and social harmony and stability.At present,new infectious diseases are emerging one after another,sudden infectious diseases occur frequently.It is urgent to stop the continuous transmission of infectious diseases and build effective treatment system for infectious di-seases.This paper takes the current situation of infectious disease treatment in Yichang City as a sample,combined with the problems of insufficient medical service carrying capacity,low efficiency of competitive treatment,lagging construction of infectious disease hospital and inadequate policy support,puts forward the optimization scheme of municipal infectious disease medical treatment system from the path of admission of patients and dynamic mechanism for decision-making reference.
