摘要
项目进度管理是项目管理的一项重要工作,进度偏差是项目管理中最常见的的一种现象。进度偏差往往造成工程成本增加、工程质量下降和项目工期延长,最终给投资者造成经济损失。预防进度偏差需要分析造成进度偏差的根本原因。通过分析多个EPC案例统计的数据,对造成进度偏差的共性因素进行深入分析,并给出纠正偏差的应对措施。
Project schedule management is an important part of project management,and schedule deviation is a most common phenomenon in project execution.Schedule deviations often lead to increase of project costs,decline of project quality,and extension of project duration,ultimately causing economic losses to investors.To prevent schedule deviations from happening,its root causes should be found out.In this paper,the statistical data of several EPC cases are analyzed to expose an in-depth view of the common factors behind schedule deviations,together with proposed countermeasures to correct these deviations.
