ITMC市场营销沙盘作为全国职业院校技能大赛营销技能赛项的竞赛平台,其经营策略对提高高职院校参赛队伍参赛成绩具有重要作用。在分析理智型经营策略优势的基础上,对理智型交易条件进行分析,探讨以媒体和销售额驱动的理智型经营策略,并分析其存在的风险及防范措施。
As the competition platform of the National Vocational College Skills Competition,ITMC's marketing strategy is highly valued by the vocational college and the participating teams.On the basis of analyzing the advantages of rational management strategy,this paper analyzes the trading conditions of rational people,and discusses in detail the rational management strategy driven by media and the rational management strategy driven by sales,and analyzes its existence risk and the guard measure.
