新商科背景下地方高校财经人才培养模式探究——以安徽师范大学经济管理学院为例

The Training mode of Financial Talents in Local Colleges and Universities under the Background of New Business:An Example of the School of Economics and Management of Anhui Normal University

新商科是一种交叉融合学科,需要不同领域跨界融合。安徽师范大学经济管理学院财经人才培养实践“一个定位、两个目标、三种融合和四种措施”的模式,即立足地方,坚持立德树人的目标,开展学科融合、产业融合和生态融合,实施价值引领、多元化师资队伍、融合式课程体系、多方参与的生态系统。总结梳理该模式在价值整合、学科整合、产教整合和生态整合方面作了积极探索。

New business is a new type of integrated business education.In the context of new business,the training of financial talents can adopt the mode of one orientation,two objectives,three integration and four measures,that is,based on the local,adhere to the goal of Building Morality and cultivating people,carry out discipline integration,industrial integration and ecological integration,and implement measures such as value guidance,diversified teacher capital team,integrated curriculum system and multi-party ecosystem.The business education of the school of economics and management of Anhui Normal University has made positive practical exploration in the aspects of value integration,discipline integration,industry education integration and ecological integration,which has a certain reference value.
