PDCA循环管理对乳腺良性肿瘤切除术患者的影响

Effect of PDCA Cycle Management on Patients with Breast Benign Tumor Resection

目的:探讨PDCA循环管理对乳腺良性肿瘤切除术患者的影响。方法:选取雷州市人民医院2019年1月-2021年1月收治的80例乳腺良性肿瘤患者作为研究对象。按随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予PDCA循环管理,两组均护理1个月。比较护理前后两组心理状态、生活质量,护理前,护理后2周、1个月的疼痛情况及护理满意度。结果:与护理前相比,护理后两组健康问卷(PHQ-9)、广泛性焦虑障碍量表(GAD-7)评分均下降,观察组PHQ-9、GAD-7评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);与护理前相比,护理后两组生理、情绪、认知、社会功能评分均升高,观察组生理、情绪、认知、社会功能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);与护理前相比,两组护理后2周、1个月视觉模拟评分(VAS)均下降,观察组护理后2周、1个月VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)结论:PDCA循环管理可有效改善乳腺良性肿瘤切除患者心理状态,提高生活质量水平和护理满意度,降低疼痛水平。

Objective:To explore the effect of PDCA cycle management on patients with breast benign tumor resection.Method:A total of 80 patients with benign breast tumor admitted to Leizhou People’s Hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given PDCA cycle management,both groups were nursing for 1 month.The psychological state,quality of life before and after nursing,pain condition before and 2 weeks,1 months after nursing and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:Compared with before nursing,after nursing,the scores of health questionnaire (PHQ-9) and generalized anxiety disorder scale (GAD-7) in the two groups were decreased,and the scores of PHQ-9 and GAD-7 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05);compared with before nursing,after nursing,the scores of physiological,emotional,cognitive and social function in the two groups were increased,and the scores of physiological,emotional,cognitive and social function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05);compared with before nursing,visual analogue scale (VAS) scores in both groups decreased 2 weeks and 1 month after nursing,and VAS scores of 2 weeks and 1 month after nursing in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05);the total nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:PDCA cycle management can effectively improve the psychological state of patients with breast benign tumor resection,improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction,and reduce the level of pain.
