针灸推拿配合康复训练治疗中风后偏瘫患者的临床效果分析

Effect of Acupuncture and Massage Combined with Rehabilitation Training on Hemiplegia after Stroke

目的:分析针灸推拿配合康复训练治疗中风后偏瘫患者的临床效果。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年10月河源德康医院收治的72例中风后偏瘫患者为研究对象。采用随机分层抽样法将其分为对照组和观察组,各36例。对照组给予康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上配合针灸推拿治疗。比较两组治疗前后肢体运动功能、神经功能缺损情况、生活质量及治疗效果。结果:两组治疗前上、下肢评分,美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)、脑卒中专门化生存质量量表(SS-QOL)评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后上、下肢评分及SS-QOL评分均高于对照组,NIHSS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为91.67%,高于对照组的72.22%(P<0.05)。结论:对中风后偏瘫患者采用针灸推拿配合康复训练治疗可以有效纠正其神经功能缺损情况,促进上、下肢功能的恢复,从而进一步提高患者的治疗效果,改善患者的生活质量。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of acupuncture and massage combined with rehabilitation training on hemiplegia patients after stroke.Method:Seventy-two hemiplegia patients after stroke admitted to Heyuan Dekang Hospital from January 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research subjects.Randomized stratified sampling method was used to divide them into control group and observation group,36 cases in each group.The control group was given rehabilitation training,and the observation group was combined with acupuncture and massage treatment on the basis of control group.Limb motor function,neurological function defect condition,quality of life before and after treatment and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Result:There were no significant differences in the scores of upper and lower limbs,National Institutes of Health stroke scale (NIHSS) and stroke specialized quality of life scale (SS-QOL) between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05).After treatment,the upper and lower limb scores and SS-QOL scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,while NIHSS score was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was 91.67%,which was higher than 72.22% of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture and massage combined with rehabilitation training can effectively correct the neurological function defect condition for hemiplegia patients after stroke,and promote the recovery of upper and lower limb function,so as to further improve the therapeutic effect of patients and improve the quality of life of patients.
