京张高铁智能综合调度系统方案设计研究 被引量:6

摘要 我国高速铁路发展到高质量成网运营和管控一体化的新阶段,提升调度系统智能化水平十分重要。针对调度系统需具备更好的运力资源调配能力和更快的业务响应能力的需求,研究京张高铁智能综合调度系统方案。从系统目标、系统总体结构、系统技术架构和系统功能等多个维度,采用主流的互联网开发框架和技术进行研究设计。系统具备客运调度管理、综合计划协同编制、车辆调度管理、施工维修调度管理、列车运行管理、调度命令管理和应急辅助决策等核心功能。基于该方案设计的系统,可实现调度组织过程的数字化贯通、专业化协同、流程化互控和面向客运生产全过程的更安全、更高效、更可靠的高铁运输调度管理目标。 High speed railway sector of China has entered a new stage of high-level network operation and integration of management and control. It is very important to improve the intelligent level of the traffic control system. In view of the fact that the traffic control system needs to have better ability to allocate transport capacity resources and respond to business requirements, this research is carried out to find a solution of intelligent integrated traffic control system for Beijing-Zhangjiakou HSR. The research and design are undertaken by using the mainstream Internet development framework and technology in consideration of several aspects including the objective, overall structure, technical architecture and functions of the system. The system has the core functions of passenger transport traffic control management, collaborative preparation of plans, vehicle traffic control management, construction and maintenance traffic control management, train operation management, dispatching order management and emergency auxiliary decision-making. With this solution, the system designed can fulfill the objectives of digital connection, professional collaboration and mutual control of traffic control organization,and realize a safer, efficient and reliable high speed railway traffic control for the whole process of passenger transport.
