软土地区现浇支架不同形式适用性研究 被引量:2

摘要 现浇法常用于铁路连续梁施工,其主要支架形式包括满堂支架和贝雷梁支架。为应对软土地区存在的地层抗剪强度小、压缩变形大等问题,从结构受力、工程量和实际应用效果等方面,对不同的支架形式进行适应性分析。结果表明,当硬土覆盖层大于2 m时,满堂支架为最优选择;当硬土覆盖层较薄时,一跨式双层贝雷梁支架为最优选择。研究初步得出软土地区不同支架形式的适用性,对沪苏湖高铁的设计施工具有较大指导意义,可为相关铁路桥梁项目提供参考。 The cast-in-situ method is commonly used to construct the continuous beams of railways, where the full support and the Bailey beam support are often used for the construction. In order to cope with difficulties such as low shear strength and large compressive deformation of strata in soft soil area, the adaptability of different supports is analyzed in terms of structural stress, engineering quantities and application effect. The results show the applicability of different supports in soft soil area: the full support is the best choice when the thickness of the hard soil cover is more than 2 m, while the one-span dual-layer Bailey beam support is the best one when the hard soil cover is thin. The results provide references for the design and construction of ShanghaiSuzhou-Huzhou HSR and relevant railway bridge projects.
