为落实中国国家铁路集团有限公司提出对整车及关键零部件、造修企业质量保证体系“双监督”的要求,促进铁路机车车辆产品造修企业不断完善质量管理体系,提高产品质量保证能力,确保铁路运输安全需要,在总结以往经验基础上,形成铁路机车车辆产品造修企业质量保证能力审核评价标准并进行实践,取得了较好效果,可为铁路行业建立铁路造修企业质量保证能力审核评价标准提供借鉴。

In order to implement the requirement raised by China State Railway Group Co Ltd on supervision of the quality assurance system of manufacturing and repair enterprises of complete vehicles and key components,help manufacturing and repair enterprises of rolling stock products continuously improve their quality management system and product quality assurance capability, and meet the requirement of railway transport safety, the inspection and evaluation standards for quality assurance capability of rolling stock product manufacturing and repair enterprises are developed and put into practice, and good results have been achieved,providing reference for the railway sector to develop inspection and evaluation standards for quality assurance capability of railway manufacturing and repair enterprises.
