摘要
肯尼亚蒙内铁路全线为25 m定尺有缝线路,其接头病害在轨道类病害中占比较大,投入维修工作量和成本较多,发展到后期会严重影响行车安全,而轨道爬行加剧了接头病害的产生及发展。通过介绍长大坡道段的接头病害情况,分析轨道爬行对接头病害的影响,研发了轨道爬行监测预警系统,应用结果表明,可有效监测铁路轨道爬行情况,为预警和维修整治提供可靠依据。
The whole line of Kenya Mombasa–Nairobi Railway is a 25 m fixed-length jointed track. Its joint defects account for a large proportion of track-related defects, and the workload and cost of maintenance are relatively large,which will seriously affect the traffic safety in the future, and rail creeping will aggravate the occurrence and development of joint defects. By reviewing the joint defects of long steep grade sections, this paper analyzes the influence of rail creeping on joint defects, and develops a rail creeping monitoring and early warning system. The application results show that the system can effectively monitor rail creeping and provide reliable basis for early warning, maintenance and rectification.
