技术融合视角下基于专利的颠覆性技术识别研究 被引量:13

摘要 [研究目的]颠覆性技术被视为“改变游戏规则”和“重塑未来格局”的革命性力量,对人类社会有广泛且深刻的影响,预先识别并部署颠覆性技术,对在当今全球化竞争中占领先机具有重要意义。[研究方法]从技术融合视角以人工智能领域专利数据为对象,通过构建专利融合的影响力、相似性和新颖性指标筛选出跨技术融合的重要专利对,并通过自然语言处理技术提取重要专利对及其施引专利的技术关键词,继而通过技术战略坐标挖掘具有颠覆性的技术。[研究结果]语音识别技术、移动通信技术、自然语言处理技术和人机交互技术是当前人工智能领域的颠覆性技术,需加大研发力度。 [Research purpose]Disruptive technology is regarded as a revolutionary force to"change the rules of the game"and"reshape the future pattern",which has a broad and profound impact on human society.It is of great significance to identify and deploy disruptive technology in advance to take the lead in today's global competition.[Research method]From the perspective of technology convergence,this paper takes the patent data in the field of artificial intelligence as the object,selects the important patent pairs of cross technology convergence by constructing the influence,similarity and novelty indicators of patent convergence,extracts the key patent pairs and the technical keywords of the cited patents through natural language processing technology,and then mines the disruptive technologies through the technical strategic coordinates.[Research conclusion]Speech recognition technology,mobile communication technology,natural language processing technology and human-computer interaction technology are the current disruptive technologies in the field of artificial intelligence,and research and development efforts need to be strengthened.
