摘要
为提高整车正面碰撞减速度波形与儿童座椅的匹配保护效果,以2021年版中国新车评价规程为基础,对比分析了正面碰撞试验高、低性能车体减速度波形对Q3儿童假人胸部伤害的影响,发现碰撞前、后部幅值均匀的车体减速度波形更有利于儿童座椅安全性能的匹配,基于乘员载荷准则及已有试验数据进行了验证分析,获得理想减速度波形的相关设计目标为车体载荷准则值≤26.5 g、人体自由向前移动65 mm时对应时刻≤35 ms、人体受约束向前移动235 mm时对应时刻≥95 ms,建议采用ISOFIX通用及半通用儿童座椅、大延伸率儿童座椅安全带,并适当提高儿童座椅安全带上固定点高度。
In order to improve the matching protection effect of vehicle frontal impact deceleration waveform and child seat, this article, taking the China New Car Assessment Procedure (C-NCAP) 2021 as basis, compares and analyzes the effects of high and low performance vehicle impact deceleration waveform on the Q3 child dummy’s chest injury in the frontal crash test, and it is found that the vehicle impact deceleration waveform with uniform amplitude of front and rear is more conducive to the matching of the protection performance of child seat. Verification analysis is performed based on the occupant load criterion and the existing test data, the relevant design objectives of the ideal deceleration waveform are obtained as follows: vehicle load criterion is ≤ 26.5 g, the moment when the human body moves forward freely 65 mm is≤35 ms, and the moment when the human body constrained moves forward 235 mm is ≥95 ms. The paper suggests to adopt ISOFIX universal and semi-universal child seat, larger elongation child seat belt and appropriately increase the height of the fixed point on the child seat belt.
