摘要 为实现正面碰撞条件下驾驶员安全气囊的匹配优化,建立了某小型纯电动汽车的安全气囊有限元模型及其简化乘员约束系统模型,利用静态展开试验验证了模型的准确性,通过对安全气囊的气体质量流量缩放率、点火时刻等 7 个参数对乘员加权伤害指标(WIC)的灵敏度进行分析,确定了气囊主要优化参数。设计三因素七水平的正交试验,考察优化参数对 WIC、头部伤害指数(HIC)、胸部 3 ms 合成加速度及胸部压缩量的影响等级,利用极差分析确定气囊初步及局部匹配时参数调整优先顺序。构建气囊变量与 WIC 的高阶多项式代理模型,确定了气囊最优参数组合。结果表明,优化后 WIC 下降14.92%,乘员保护效果明显提高。 In order to achieve the driver airbag matching optimization in frontal impact, the Finite Element (FE)model of airbag of a small pure electric vehicle and its simplified occupant restraint system model are established, the airbag static deployment test is carried out to verify the accuracy of airbag FE model. Through sensitivity analysis of 7airbag design parameters, such as gas mass flow rate and ignition time, to occupant Weighted Injury Criterion (WIC), the main optimization factors of airbag are determined. Orthogonal tests with 3 factors and 7 levels are designed to investigate the influence levels of optimization factors on WIC, Head Injury Criterion (HIC), C;and chest compression, range analysis is used to determine the priority of parameter adjustment during preliminary and local airbag matching. A higher order polynomial surrogate model of airbag variable and WIC is constructed to determine the optimal parameter combination of airbag. The results show that, with such optimization, WIC decreases by 14.92% and the occupant protection effect is obviously improved.
