数字赋能社区高质量医养结合的场域矛盾与重整

Field Contradiction and Reorganization of High-Quality Medical and Nursing Care in the Digital Empowering Community

在健康中国与数字中国的双重背景下,数字赋能已成为社区医养结合高质量发展的重要策略。数字赋能社区高质量医养结合的场域构型表现在人机互动生活化、供需匹配精细化、终端响应前置化和数据信息脱域化,场域矛盾显现出医养数据使用失范无序、医养服务工作人员专业惯习固化、医养服务行动异化等,场域的重整需明晰与整合政府、医院、社区、企业、社会组织等多元主体的位置及相互关系,从掌握分析业务大数据的能力、数字设备和智能设备协同工作的能力、跨领域整合服务的能力等方面升级与再造医养服务工作人员“专业性”惯习,在数字赋能进程中持守与遵循均等化共享、归属感提升、主体性持存等方面“人本化塑造”。

Under the dual background of healthy China and digital China,digital empowerment has become an important strategy for combining the high-quality development of community medical care and nursing care.The field configuration of digital empowering community combining the high-quality medical care and nursing care is expressed in human-computer interaction life,supply and demand matching refinement,terminal response front and digital data disembedding.Field contradiction shows that anomie and disorder in using medical and nursing data,consolidation in staff professional habitus of medical and nursing service,alienation in action of medical and nursing service,etc.Field reorganization needs to clear and integrate location and relationship of government,hospitals,community,enterprises,social organizations and other multiple subjects,requires to upgrade and reconstruct professional habitus on medical and nursing service of staff from the ability to analyzing business big data,working in coordination with digital equipment and intelligent equipment,integrating cross-field service,and tries to keep and follow“humanistic shaping”in the process of digital empowerment from the following aspects of sharing equalization,promoting sense of belonging and holding subjectivity.
