和解少阳法治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘

Reconciling Shaoyang in Treatment of Cough Variant Asthma

目的:观察和解少阳、止咳利咽中药联合沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂(舒利迭)治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。方法:106例咳嗽变异性哮喘患者随机分为西药组和联合组,西药组给予舒利迭,联合组在对照组治疗基础上给予和解少阳、止咳利咽中药。两组均治疗4周。比较两组患者治疗前后咳嗽症状评分、肺功能、T淋巴细胞亚群、IgE水平、血清白细胞介素-4(interleukin-4,IL-4)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)水平、临床疗效及安全性。结果:治疗后,两组患者咳嗽症状评分均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),且联合组低于同期西药组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后第1秒用力呼气容积(forced expiratory volume at 1 second,FEV1)、呼气峰流速值(peak expiratory flow,PEF)、FEV1/用力肺活量(forced vital capacity,FVC)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均升高(P<0.05),且联合组均高于同期西药组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后CD8^(+)、总IgE、血清IL-4和TNF-α均下降(P<0.05),且联合组均低于西药组(P<0.05)。两组临床效果分布比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且联合组有效率高于西药组(P<0.05)。联合组不良反应发生率稍高于西药组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:和解少阳、止咳利咽中药联合舒利迭治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘临床疗效显著,可减轻患者咳嗽症状,改善患者肺功能,提高患者细胞免疫功能,降低患者血清炎症因子水平,且不良反应少。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine functioning in reconciling Shaoyang as well as relieving cough and pharyngeal sore combined with Seretide in the treatment of cough variant asthma.Methods:106 patients with cough variant asthma were randomly divided into a western medicine group and a combination group.The western medicine group was given Seretide,and the combination group was given the traditional Chinese medicine of reconciling Shaoyang,relieving cough and pharynx on the basis of the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The cough symptom scores,lung function,T lymphocyte subsets,IgE levels,serum interleukin-4(IL-4)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)levels,clinical efficacy and safety were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the cough symptom scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the combination group was lower than the western medicine group at the same period,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Forced expiratory volume at 1 second(FEV1),peak expiratory flow(PEF),FEV1/forced vital capacity(FVC),CD4^(+),Both CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)were increased(P<0.05),and the combination group was significantly higher than that of the western medicine group(P<0.05).After treatment,CD8^(+),total IgE,serum IL-4 and TNF-αin the two groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the combination group was lower than the western medicine group(P<0.05).The clinical effect distribution of the two groups was compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the western medicine group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the combination group was slightly higher than that in the western medicine group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:In patients with cough variant asthma,traditional Chinese medicine functioning in reconciling Shaoyang as well as relieving cough and pharyngeal sore combined with Seretide has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of cough variant asthma,which can relieve cough symptoms,improve lung function,improve cellular immune function and reduce level of serum inflammation factor in patients,with less adverse reactions.
