浅议《中国中医古籍总目》误收西药著作问题

On Problem of Miscollection of Western Medicine Works in General Catalogue ofChinese Ancient Books of Traditional Chinese Medicine

《中国中医古籍总目》中收录的中药和西药著作的区分是基于中药西药在用药时有无中医药学理论的指导,是否用“以偏纠偏”思想来治疗疾病。通过对误收了的《良药与毒药》《药物要义》《实验药物学》《药料注释》《中华药典》《新医药辞典》《英拉德中药名对照表》《食物常识》等8本西药著作举例说明,提出《中国中医古籍总目》民国部分误收西药著作的原因一是没有细细考察原书内容,二是著述阶段处在中西文化交流融合的时期,区分难度大。其意义在于明确中药与西药的本质区别,促进中西医药学相互借鉴、相互学习、相互融合。

The distinction between traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine works included in General Catalogue of Chinese Ancient Books of Traditional Chinese Medicine is based on whether there is a guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory in the use of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,and whether the idea of"applying drug with deviation character to correcting human health with deviation"is used to treat diseases.Taking the error collection of 8 books,namely,Good Medicine and Poison,Experimental Pharmacology,Medicine Notes,Chinese Pharmacopoeia,New Medical Dictionary,Chinese Medicine Name Comparison Table in English,Latin and German,Common Sense on Food as an example,it is to explain the reasons for the misappropriation of western medicine works in General Catalogue of Chinese Ancient Books of Traditional Chinese Medicine,which occurred in period of the Republic of China.Firstly,the contents of the whole book were not examined carefully;secondly,the book was written in the period of exchange and integration of Chinese and Western cultures,so it is difficult to distinguish the two quite well.The significance of the paper is to clarify the essential difference between traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,and to promote mutual reference,mutual learning and mutual integration of Chinese and western medicine.
