摘要
我国地下水超采问题严重,引发了诸多资源和生态地质问题。贯彻实施《地下水管理条例》、推动新阶段水利高质量发展,亟须加强地下水管理与保护。概述了国内外地下水模型发展历程和国外全国尺度地下水模型应用,从技术支撑角度系统阐述了研制我国自主产权地下水模型的必要性,以及在全国尺度应用的可行性,从多方面提出模型建设意见。
Serious over-exploitation of groundwater in China has led to various problems to resources, ecology and geology. Therefore, full implementation of Groundwater Management Regulations is critical for promoting high-quality water development in the new stage that makes high requirements for groundwater management and protection. Based on summary of development process of groundwater modeling and its application at home and abroad, the necessity of groundwater modeling by independent research and development in China is discussed in terms of technical support.Discussions are also made on the potential of its application all over China, with ideas for the development of modeling from varied angles.
