空气幕对厂房低湿环境控制效果的影响

摘要 为了探讨空气幕对提高低湿厂房内的热湿环境控制效果的影响,通过ICEM建立几何模型并划分计算域网格;利用CFD数值模拟得到厂房内的风速场、温度场、湿度场;分析空气幕的安装位置和送风速度对厂房温湿控制的影响。对比无空气幕的情形发现,两侧安装空气幕时厂房内平均温度降低了2.9℃,平均含湿量降低51.4%。对进出料口处的热湿交换进行分析,发现两侧或内侧加装空气幕,进出料口的湿传递分别降低了66.1%和52.1%。其中,两侧空气幕比单侧空气幕的温度均匀度提高了7.9%,相对湿度均匀度提高了5.3%以上。研究发现,使用空气幕可以有效减少工厂内外热湿交换,降低生产过程的除湿耗能。 This paper focuses on the application of air curtains to reduce heat and moisture exchange at building openings for the indoor environment with low humidity.Firstly,the geometric model was established and the computational domain was meshed.Secondly,the wind speed field,temperature field and humidity field in the plant were obtained by CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)simulation.Finally,the influences of installation positions of air curtains and air supply speed were analyzed.The results show that in comparing with the case without air curtain,the average temperature in the plant in the case with air curtains on both sides of windows is reduced by 2.9℃and the average moisture content is reduced by 51.4%.The thermal and moisture exchanges at the two windows were analyzed.It is found that equipping air curtain on both sides of the window or only inside the plant can greatly reduce the moisture transfer at the windward and leeward window by 66.1%and 52.1%,respectively.Meanwhile,the temperature uniformity of the case with air curtains on both sides of windows was increased by 7.9%and the relative humidity uniformity was increased by more than 5.3%.It suggests that the use of air curtains can reduce the internal and external heat and humidity exchange,which cut down the energy consumption in dehumidification generation process.
