利用虚拟杠杆分析复合传动系统无级变速特性方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对静液-机械复合传动系统结构复杂、无级变速性能分析难度较大的问题,采用数学模型和虚拟杠杆相结合的方法,分析复合传动系统的无级变速特性。建立了装载机静液-机械复合传动无级变速系统完整的数学模型,全面描述了该传动系统的分段无级变速特性,再将虚拟杠杆法引入复合传动系统的无级变速特性分析中。运用该方法对德纳-力士乐HVT R2和采埃孚cPower复合传动系统的无级变速特性进行了分析。在AMESIM环境下建立了HVT R2静液-机械复合传动系统的仿真模型,对其无级变速特性进行了仿真,验证了虚拟杠杆法分析的正确性和有效性。结果表明:虚拟杠杆分析方法能更方便、更快捷地分析静液-机械复合传动系统的无级变速特性,可为广大工程技术人员分析复合传动系统提供有效的分析方法。 Hydro-mechanical power split transmission system was very complex in structure,it could continuously variable transmission ratio,but the characteristics of continuously variable transmission ratio were difficult to analyze. A method of mathematical model combine with lever analogy was used to analysis the continuously variable transmission ratio characteristic of hydromechanical power split transmission system. Firstly,a comprehensive mathematical models of hydromechanical power split transmission system were set up,the characteristics of continuously variable transmission ratio in a series sections were elaborated detailed. Then,the lever analogy was introduced into the ratio analysis process the speed of each component of planetary scheme,and the power split transmission system continuously variable transmission ratio characteristic analysis method could be obtained. And then,this method was used to analysis Dana-Rexroth HVT R2 and ZF cPower,the analyses process of power split transmission continuously variable transmission ratio characteristics with the method of lever analogy was introduced. Finally,a simulation model of wheel loader with power split transmission which referenced the structure parameter of DanaRexroth HVT R2 was built in AMESIM simulation environment,and the simulation result show the continuously variable transmission ratio characteristics,which verified correctness and validity of lever analogy method. The result show that the method of mathematical model combine with lever analogy could analysis the hydro-mechanical power split transmission system continuously variable transmission ratio characteristic more conveniently,more rapidly and more accuracy,it could provide a convenient and effective method for engineers and technicians to analysis the hydromechanical power split transmission system.
