摘要
凿岩台车一般在隧道或者井下矿山使用,矿山路面情况恶劣且坡度较高,这就给产品的传动系统提出了更高要求。将一款初始设计爬坡能力25%的单臂凿岩台车,经过三方面优化提升和改造,最终使凿岩台车爬坡能力达到了35%。本文可为同类型产品的优化改造提供参考。
Rock drilling jumbos are generally used in tunnels or underground mines,and the road surface of mines is very poor and the slope is high,which puts forward higher requirements for the transmission system of products.In this paper,the existing rock drilling rig with the climbing ability of 25%can climb 35% of the slope after the optimization and improvement in three aspects.It provides a powerful reference for the climbing ability of the same type of optimized products.
