摘要
面对海洋石油开展智能油田建设和设备设施完整性管理的需求,针对关键离心泵设计基于Zig・Bee和振动监测的无线监测系统,采用边缘计算技术能够有效获取设备异常数据。经过现场实际运用,能够有效开展数据评估和故障诊断,指导现场设备管理人员开展检修,为智能油田建设提供有力支持。
To meet needs for smart oil field construction and facilities integrity management and based on the wireless monitoring system for ZigBee based key centrifugal pump design and vibration monitoring,an edge computing technology is used to effectively collect equipment exception data.After actual application in sites,the system can conduct data assessment and troubleshooting effectively and provide guide for site equipment management personnel during their services,which offers strong support for the smart oil field construction.
