子宫动脉化疗栓塞联合刮宫术治疗瘢痕妊娠的疗效

The effect of uterine artery chemoembolization combinedwith curettage in the treatment of scar pregnancy

目的:对瘢痕妊娠患者采用子宫动脉化疗栓塞联合刮宫术治疗的效果进行探究。方法:选择本院收治的瘢痕妊娠患者86例作为本次研究纳入的研究对象,选取时间为2018年10月至2020年1月。通过盲选法对所有患者实施分组处理,分为甲组和乙组,每组各有42例。采用刮宫术对甲组予以治疗,采用子宫动脉化疗栓塞联合刮宫术对乙组予以治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果:乙组的出血量、手术时间均明显低于甲组,经过检验(P<0.05);乙组的月经恢复时间、β-HCG恢复时间均明显低于甲组,经过检验(P<0.05)。结论:对瘢痕妊娠患者采用子宫动脉化疗栓塞联合刮宫术治疗效果显著,能够有效降低术中出血量,促进患者的术后恢复。

Objective:To explore the effect of uterine artery chemoembolization combined with curettage in patients with scar pregnancy.Methods:86 cases of scar pregnancy patients admitted to our hospital were selected as the research subjects included in this study,and the selection time was from October 2018 to January 2020.By blind selection method,all patients were divided into groups A and B,with 42 cases in each group.Group A was treated with curettage,and group B was treated with uterine artery chemoembolization combined with curettage.Compare the treatment effects of the two groups.Results:The bleeding volume and operation time of group B were significantly lower than those of group A after testing(P<0.05);the menstrual recovery time andβ-HCG recovery time of group B were significantly lower than those of group A after testing(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment effect of uterine artery chemoembolization combined with curettage for patients with scar pregnancy is significant,which can effectively reduce intraoperative blood loss and promote postoperative recovery of patients.
