舒适护理在阑尾炎手术护理中的应用

Application of comfort nursing in appendicitis operation nursing

目的:探究舒适护理在阑尾炎手术护理中的应用效果。方法:选取本院在2018年6月至2020年6月收治的100例进行阑尾炎手术的患者为研究对象,依据随机数字的方法对所有患者进行分组,分为对照组和研究组,每组50例,其中给予对照组常规护理干预,给予研究组舒适护理干预,对比两组患者手术切口愈合时间、胃肠道功能恢复时间、疼痛评分以及术后不良反应发生率,比较两种方法的护理效果。结果:研究组患者的手术愈合时间、胃肠道功能恢复时间、VAS评分均明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);此外,研究组患者的不良反应发生率也明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对阑尾炎患者术后实施舒适护理能够有效缓解患者疼痛程度,缩短胃肠道恢复时间以及手术切口愈合时间,同时能够显著降低患者术后的不良反应发生率,值得在阑尾炎手术护理中应用。

Objective:To explore the application effect of comfort nursing in appendicitis surgical nursing.Methods:A total of 100 patients undergoing appendicitis surgery admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects.All patients were grouped according to the random number method and divided into control group and study group,each with 50 cases,in which routine nursing intervention was given to the control group and comfortable nursing intervention was given to the study group.The healing time of surgical incisions,the recovery time of gastrointestinal function and the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions were compared between the two groups,and the nursing effects of the two methods were compared.Results:After nursing,the surgical healing time and gastrointestinal function recovery time of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);in addition,the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was also significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was also statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Carrying out comfortable nursing for patients with appendicitis after surgery can effectively improve the patient’s disease symptoms,shorten the recovery time of the gastrointestinal tract and the healing time of surgical incisions,and can significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions.Comfortable nursing is worthy of applying in surgical nursing of appendicitis.
