住院医师规范化培训带教教师胜任力模型研究

Research on the competency model of faculty engaged in standardized residents'training

目的构建系统、实用的住院医师规范化培训带教教师胜任力模型。方法对参加2017~2019年北京大学第一医院胜任力导向住院医师教育师资培训班的559名带教教师进行问卷调查,通过探索性因子分析主成分分析法提取公因子,结合专家研讨,构建住院医师规范化培训带教教师胜任力模型。结果问卷克朗巴赫系数为0.939。住院医师规范化培训带教教师胜任力模型包括综合能力、团队协作、同理心、职业素质、专业能力、个性特征6个维度,共计35个条目。结论住院医师规范化培训带教教师胜任力模型有助于培养和选拔教师。

Objective To construct a systematic and practical competency model for clinical teachers in standardized training of residents.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 559 clinical teachers who received a competency oriented teachers'training course at Peking University First Hospital from 2017 to 2019.A training model was developed based on the common factors extracted by exploratory factor analysis and principal component analysis and combination with expert discussion.Results The Cronbach'sαcoefficient of the questionnaire is 0.939.The competency model of resident standardized training teachers includes six dimensions:comprehensive ability,teamwork,empathy,professional quality,professional capacity and personality characteristics with a total of 35 terms.Conclusions The competency model of resident standardized training teachers is helpful to train and select teachers.
