The True and the Expectation of College Students Labor Education in the New Era

大学生劳动教育在培养时代新人、传承优秀传统劳动文化、推动创新创业教育发展、实现民族复兴中国梦方面发挥着重要作用。大学生劳动教育的内容包括尊崇劳动的价值理念、艰苦奋斗的劳动精神、创新创业的劳动技能、自觉自律的劳动习惯。在大学生中加强劳动教育,应当从以下几个方面来进行:以理育人,更新学生跨科融合理念;以文化人,营造校园劳动文化氛围;以技励人,加大创新创业融合;以行导人,完善劳动教育育人机制。

College students’labor education plays an important role in cultivating new people,inheriting excellent traditional labor culture,promoting the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education and realizing the Chinese dream of national rejuvenation.The contents of labor education for college students include the value concept of respecting labor,the spirit of hard struggle,the labor skills of innovation and entrepreneurship,and the labor habits of self-consciousness and self-discipline.Strengthening labor education among college students should be carried out from the following aspects:educating students by reason,renewing their ideas of cross-disciplinary integration,civilizing students by culture,creating a campus cultural atmosphere of labor,encouraging students by technology,increasing the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship,guiding students by action and improving the educational mechanism of labor education.
