煤炭采制化人员培训系统构建与应用

摘要 运用现代大数据、信息化、智能化、标准化等手段自主设计开发与构建煤炭采制化人员培训系统,可解决传统采制化人员培训模式单一、可视性和交互性欠缺的问题。简介煤炭采制化人员培训系统中的理论培训、实操培训、考核与竞赛、仿真实训4个功能模块,阐述理论培训模块要点包括培训教材、培训题库、主动参与、统计分析,实操培训模块主要包括典型工作流程、重要工序操作、持续改进更新,考核与竞赛模块要点包括理论考试、实操考核、技能竞赛、统计分析与改进,仿真实训模块包括电厂采制化工作仿真、煤检数字化管理。结合系统结构和竞赛流程,利用数字化与信息化技术将理论培训与多媒体实操演示有机融合,对燃煤采制化的专业知识和实操技能进行全面和系统的培训。系统应用表明,煤炭采制化人员培训系统具有自我更新、自我优化的持续改进能力,培训效果显著。 By using modern big data,informatization,intellectualization,standardization and other methods,the training system for coal sampling and sample preparation personnel has been independently developed,which can solve the problems of single training mode,lack of visibility and lack of interaction for traditional training.The four functional modules of the training system,including theoretical training,practical training,assessment and competition,and simulation training,were briefly introduced.The theoretical training module mainly includes training materials,training question bank,active participation and statistical analysis.The practical training module mainly includes typical workflow,important process operation and continuous improvement.The assessment and competition module includes theoretical examination,practical examination,skill competition,statistical analysis and improvement.The simulation training module includes the workflow simulation of coal sampling and sample preparation in power plants and the digital management of coal inspection.Combined with the system structure and competition process,the theoretical training and multimedia practical operation demonstration are organically integrated by digital and information technology,and the professional knowledge and practical skills of coal sampling and sample preparation are comprehensively and systematically trained.The application of the system shows that the training system can be continuously improved through self-renewal and self-optimization,the training effect is remarkable.
