Research on Quality Ecosystem of Vocational Education Based on Integration Concept

高质量发展是现代职业教育的价值追求。职业教育的质量价值具有合目的性、合发展性、合差异性和合开放性等多重性。因此,职业教育的质量保障不能依赖边界封闭的组织内部质量管理,而要建立内外连通、资源平衡的质量生态系统。针对当前职业教育质量生态结构失衡、生态链条缺失、生态要素离散和生态指标单一等问题,通过办学主体、师资、课程和评价等方面的多元整合,推进职业教育质量生态系统的整体结构、生态要素和生态环境优化、同化和结构化,持续提高职业教育质量。

High quality development is the value pursuit of modern vocational education.The value characteristics of vocational education quality are purposeful,developmental,differential and open.Therefore,ensuring the quality of vocational education should not rely on the closed internal quality management of the organization,but should establish a quality ecosystem with internal and external connectivity and resource balance.In view of the quality ecological problems of current vocational education,such as structural imbalance,lack of ecological chain,discrete ecological elements and single ecological indicators,it can integrate the items such as the subjects of running school,teachers,curriculum and evaluation,so as to promote the optimization of the overall structure of the quality ecosystem of vocational education,the assimilation of ecological elements and the structure of ecological environment,thus constantly improve the quality of vocational education.
