脊柱骨折患者经皮椎弓根钉微创手术治疗的疗效分析

Analysis of the Minimally Invasive Percutaneous Pedicle Screw Treatment of Spinal Fracture Patients

目的探讨使用微创经皮椎弓根钉术对脊柱骨折患者进行治疗的效果。方法研究对象选自辛集市第二医院2018年3月至2019年11月收治的67例脊柱骨折患者,按照手术方式不同将其分为研究组(n=34)与对照组(n=33)。对照组采用常规内固定术,研究组使用微创经皮椎弓根钉术。比较两组的手术相关指标水平、有效率水平、影像学复查情况及发生相关并发症发生率。结果对照组有效率84.8%低于研究组94.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组手术时间少于研究组,出血量及住院时间高于研究组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相比治疗前,经治疗后两组影像学相关复查指标:椎间隙高度、椎体前缘高度显著增大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组后凸Cobb角均显著缩小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但是两组间对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组并发症发生率12.1%高于研究组5.9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过微创经皮椎弓根钉术治疗脊柱骨折,有效率高,手术安全性高,并发症少,可在临床中应用。

Objective To observe the curative effect of minimally invasive surgery on patients with spinal fractures.Methods The study subjects were selected from 67 patients with spine fractures admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to November 2019,the patients were divided into study group(n=34)and control group(n=33)according to different operation methods and voluntary principle.The control group used conventional internal fixation,and the study group used percutaneous pedicle screw minimally invasive surgery.The differences in the levels of surgery-related indicators,effective rates,imaging review and the rate of related complications between the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of 84.8%in the control group was significally lower than 94.1%in the study group(P<0.05);The operation time in the control group was less than that in the study group,and the blood loss and hospital stay were higher than those in the study group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the two groups of imaging-related re-examination indicators:the height of the intervertebral space and the height of the anterior edge of the vertebral body were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the kyphotic Cobb angle of the two groups were significantly reduced(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);The complication rate of 12.1%in the control group was higher than that in the study group 5.9%(P>0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive percutaneous pedicle screw surgery for the treatment of spinal fractures is highly effective,can effectively improve the patient's relevant imaging indicators,has high surgical safety and few complications,and can be promoted in the clinic.
