家庭主要照顾者回授法干预对乳腺癌术后淋巴水肿患者功能锻炼依从性及生活质量的影响

The Effect of The Intervention of The Main Family Caregiver’s Feedback Method on the Compliance of Functional Exercise and The Quality of Life in Patients with Lymphedema After Breast Cancer Surgery

目的探究家庭主要照顾者回授法干预对乳腺癌术后淋巴水肿患者功能锻炼依从性及生活质量的影响。方法选取南阳医学高等专科学校第一附属医院2019年5月至2021年5月乳腺癌术后淋巴水肿患者62例,以随机双盲法分为观察组、对照组,各31例。对照组给予家庭主要照顾者常规干预,对照组给予家庭主要照顾者回授法干预。观察两组干预3个月后功能锻炼依从性、干预前、干预3个月后肩关节活动度、生活质量(FACT-B)评分。结果观察组有效率96.77%高于对照组70.97%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预3个月后观察组内旋、外旋、前屈、后伸活动度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预3个月后观察组FACT-B评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规护理基础上,采用家庭主要照顾者回授法干预可提高乳腺癌术后淋巴水肿患者功能锻炼依从性,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of the intervention of the family’s main caregiver’s feedback method on the functional exercise compliance and quality of life of patients with lymphedema after breast cancer surgery.Methods A total of 62 patients with lymphedema after breast cancer surgery in our hospital from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected and divided into observation group and control group,with 31 cases in each group according to the randomized double-blind method.The control group was given routine intervention by the family’s main caregiver,and the observation group was given the family’s main caregiver’s feedback intervention.The scores of functional exercise compliance,shoulder mobility and quality of life(FACT-B)were observed before and after 3 months of intervention about the 2 groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.77%higher than that of the control group 70.97%(P<0.05);After 3 months of intervention,the internal rotation,external rotation,flexion and extension activities of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05);After 3 months of intervention,the FACT-B score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of routine nursing care,the intervention of the family’s main caregiver’s feedback method can improve the compliance of functional exercise in patients with lymphedema after breast cancer surgery and improve the quality of life of patients.
