摘要
近年来,随着生活水平的提升,人们的膳食营养得到了优化。但目前我国仍面临着营养缺乏和营养失衡的问题,为优化膳食结构与保障人们的身体健康,餐饮行业应科学设计食品营养,促进膳食营养均衡。本文阐述了餐饮行业食品营养的设计要求,提出了科学设计餐饮业食品配方和合理烹调餐饮业食品的方法,为餐饮行业科学设计食品营养提供参考。
In recent years,with the improvement of living standards,people’s dietary nutrition has been optimized.However,at present,China is still facing the problems of nutritional deficiency and nutritional imbalance.In order to optimize the dietary structure and ensure people’s health,the catering industry should scientifically design food nutrition and promote the balance of dietary nutrition.This paper expounds the design requirements of food nutrition in catering industry,and puts forward the methods of scientific design of food formula and reasonable cooking of food in catering industry,so as to provide reference for scientific design of food nutrition in catering industry.
