摘要
目前,食品安全问题成为了社会热门话题,对食品行业提出了全新的工作要求。校园作为学生学习、生活的主要场所,其食品安全更应得到相关人员的重视,避免因食品安全问题而对学生的学习、生活造成影响。食品供应链系统是指相关食品企业组成的整体,其中存在所有可影响食品安全的因素。本文以供应链为切入点,针对校园食品安全展开了分析,供从业人员参考使用。
At present,the food safety issue has become a hot topic in the society,putting forward new work requirements for the food industry.As the main place for students to study and live,the food safety of campus should be paid more attention by relevant personnel to avoid the impact of food safety problems on students’ study and life.Food supply chain system refers to the overall composition of relevant food enterprises,which has all the factors that can affect food safety.This article takes the supply chain as the starting point,and analyzes the campus food safety for the reference of practitioners.
