摘要 目的:通过对北京市密云区市售的食品进行质量检测,了解该区的食品安全质量情况,同时提出提高食品质量安全的策略,分析食品检测未来发展的方向。方法:按照国家标准食品检验方法对样品进行收集、检测及评价。结果:通过对2021年密云市售的200件样品的食品安全问题进行调查后得出肉制品、奶制品的合格率分别为99%、98%;出现的食品安全问题主要为食品营养成分问题、食品添加剂问题、微生物问题、农药残留问题及重金属超标问题,共检出48项,占比分别为18.75%、25.00%、18.75%、16.67%和20.83%。结论:北京市密云区的食品质量合格率较高,针对部分不合格情况,监管部门需要加强对食品卫生安全的监管,确保人们的食品卫生安全。 Objective:Through the quality inspection of food sold in Beijing Miyun district,the food safety and quality situation in this area can be understood,the strategies to improve food quality and safety can be put forward,and the future development direction of food inspection can be analyzed.Methods:Samples were collected,tested and evaluated according to national standard food inspection methods.Results:After investigating the food safety problems of 200 samples sold in Miyun in 2021,the qualified rates of meat products and dairy products were 99% and 98% respectively.The main food safety problems were food nutrition,food additives,microorganisms,pesticide residues and heavy metals exceeding the standard,and 48 items were detected,accounting for 18.75%,25.00%,18.75%,16.67% and 20.83% respectively.Conclusion:The qualified rate of food quality in Beijing Miyun district is high.In view of some unqualified conditions,it is necessary for the regulatory authorities to strengthen the supervision of food hygiene and safety to ensure people’s food hygiene and safety.
