不同农产品中常见喹诺酮残留量检测的前处理方法研究

摘要 本研究以鸡蛋、鸡肉、猪肉及鱼肉为试验材料,对4种喹诺酮药物残留测定方法中的提取液浓度、均质时间、氮吹温度及氮吹剩余量等参数进行优化设计。结果表明,鸡蛋、鸡肉、猪肉和鱼肉的回收率为67.5%~115.0%;目标物浓度为5.0~800.0 μg/L时,与质谱的响应值之间有良好的线性关系,相关系数(R;)≥0.999。在50.0 μg/kg、100.0 μg/kg添加水平下,4种喹诺酮类药物的相对标准偏差(n=6)为2.2%~4.5%,符合方法规范要求。因此,优化后的前处理方法可分别用于鸡蛋、鸡肉、猪肉及鱼肉中4种喹诺酮残留量的测定。 In this study,eggs,chicken,pork and fish were used as experimental materials to optimize the parameters such as extract concentration,homogenization time,nitrogen blowing temperature and nitrogen blowing residue in the determination of four quinolone drug residues.The results showed that the recoveries of eggs,chicken,pork and fish were 67.5%~115.0%;The target concentration is 5.0~800.0 μg/L,there is a good linear relationship with the response value of mass spectrometry,and the correlation coefficient (R;) ≥ 0.999.At the addition level of 50.0 μg/kg、100.0 μg/kg,the relative standard deviation (n=6) of the four quinolones was 2.2%~4.5%,which met the requirements of the method specification.Therefore,the optimized pretreatment methods can be used to determine the residues of four quinolones in eggs,chicken,pork and fish respectively.
