厚鳞柯果实不同浓度乙醇浸出物的探究

摘要 为了对厚鳞柯果实不同浓度乙醇浸出物进行探究,本试验测定了乙醇在不同的浸提浓度下醇浸出物含量。结果表明,通过单方向方差分析得出60%乙醇浸提效率显著高于其他浓度水平,通过厚鳞柯果实醇浸出物含量对乙醇浓度的拟合函数分析,得出乙醇的最优浸提浓度为67.60%。综合考虑实验操作的便捷性和高效性,参照2020版《中国药典》第四部通则2201中热浸法对厚鳞柯果实醇浸出物含量进行测定时,用乙醇作为浸出溶剂,且乙醇的最优浸提浓度为60%(V/V),为厚鳞柯果实醇浸出物的测定以及后续质量标准制定提供了一定的基础。 In order to explore the ethanol extract of different concentrations of Lithocarpus pachylepis fruit,the content of ethanol extract under different extraction concentrations was determined.The results showed that the extraction efficiency of 60% ethanol was significantly higher than that of other concentration levels by one-way ANOVA,and the optimal extraction concentration of ethanol was 67.60% by fitting function analysis of ethanol extract content to ethanol concentration.Comprehensive considering convenience and efficiency of the experimental operation,it was recommended to use ethanol as the extraction solvent for the determination of alcohol extract content of Lithocarpus pachylepis fruit by referring to the hot leaching method of general rule 2201,part IV of Chinese Pharmacopoeia,2020 edition,and the optimal extraction concentration of ethanol was 60%(V/V).The results provided a basis for the determination of alcohol extract and quality standard establishment of Lithocarpus pachylepis fruit.At the same time,it fills the research gap at homeand abroad.
