摘要
检测蔬菜中农药残留不仅能为食品安全提供有效保障,还能促进绿色农业产业转化。当下农药残留检测方法主要有色谱分析法和快速检测法。本文通过比较分析,选择合适的检测方法,助力于种植过程的有效监测,从源头保障食品安全。
Detection of pesticide residues in vegetables can not only provide effective guarantee for food safety,but also promote the transformation of green agricultural industry.The current pesticide residue detection methods mainly include chromatographic analysis method and rapid detection method.Through comparative analysis,this paper selects appropriate detection methods to help the effective monitoring of planting process and ensure food safety from the source.
