摘要
辣椒碱是辣椒的主要活性成分,具有镇痛、抗菌、抗癌和心血管保护等作用,在临床治疗中具有重要的应用前景。目前,辣椒碱的提取方法较多。基于此,本文综述了辣椒碱的提取工艺及相关药理活性,旨在为研发过程中合理选取辣椒碱的提取工艺提供参考,促进辣椒碱在临床相关领域产品的开发和利用。
Capsaicin is the main active ingredient of pepper.It has the functions of analgesia,antibacterial,anticancer and cardiovascular protection.It has an important application prospect in clinical treatment.At present,there are many extraction methods of capsaicin.Based on this,this paper summarizes the extraction process and related pharmacological activities of capsaicin,in order to provide reference for the reasonable selection of extraction process of capsaicin in the process of R & D,and promote the development and utilization of capsaicin products in clinical related fields.
