食品安全监管问题现状与改进对策研究

Study on the Current Situation and Improvement Countermeasures of Food Safety Supervision

在生活水平不断提高的背景下,人们对食品质量也提出了更高的要求。新时期,食品安全问题频发,一些食品生产者、经营者为了追求利益,导致食品安全事故频繁发生。在此背景下,需要加强食品安全监管。本文针对当前食品安全监管的重要性进行探究,提出在食品安全监管中存在的问题及相应的应对措施,从而提升我国食品安全监管的有效性。

With the continuous improvement of living standards,people also put forward higher requirements for food quality.In the new era,food safety problems occur frequently.In order to pursue interests,some food producers and operators lead to frequent food safety accidents.In this context,it is necessary to strengthen food quality supervision.This paper explores the importance of current food safety supervision,and puts forward the problems existing in food safety supervision and corresponding countermeasures,so as to improve the effectiveness of food safety supervision in China.
