摘要 食品质量安全问题与人们的健康安全息息相关。在食品监督管理工作中,政府监管部门一定要坚持依法行政,进一步完善法律执政措施,促进监督管理工作规范化,积极探索适合我国国情的食品质量安全监督制度。广大消费者也应密切关注食品质量安全问题,提高维权意识,共同维护食品的质量安全。本文从我国食品质量安全问题的概述展开分析,论述了食品质量安全问题的成因,提出相应改进措施,以供参考。 Food quality and safety are closely related to people’s health and safety.In the work of food supervision and management,the government supervision departments must adhere to the administration according to law,further improve the legal governance measures,promote the standardization of supervision and management and actively explore the food quality and safety supervision system suitable for China’s national conditions.Consumers should also pay close attention to food quality and safety,improve their awareness of rights protection and jointly maintain the quality and safety of food.This paper analyzes the overview of food quality and safety problems in China,discusses the causes of food quality and safety problems and puts forward corresponding improvement measures for reference.
