关于现制现售饮用水卫生监督管理的几点思考与建议

近年来,现制现售饮用水以散装形式直接售卖逐渐受到人们的认可,但从其饮用水卫生监督管理状况来看,存在一定的问题,如设备投放备案制度执行难、营业执照持有率不高、现制现售饮用水监督职责不明和经营者自检能力弱等问题,不仅制约了现制现售饮用水行业的发展,而且对人们的饮水安全具有一定威胁。本文阐述了现制现售饮用水卫生监督存在的问题,分析了现制现售饮用水卫生监督的关键控制点,提出了针对性的监督管理建议,以期为相关从业人员提升现制现售饮用水卫生水平提供参考。

In recent years,the direct sale of ready-made and ready-for-sale drinking water in bulk has been gradually recognized by people.However,from the perspective of its drinking water sanitation supervision and management,there are some problems,such as the difficulty in implementing the equipment delivery and filing system,the low holding rate of business license,the unclear supervision responsibility of ready-made and ready-for-sale drinking water and the weak self inspection ability of operators,It not only restricts the development of the current drinking water industry,but also poses a certain threat to people’s drinking water safety.This paper expounds the problems existing in the sanitary supervision of ready-made and sold drinking water,analyzes the key control points of the sanitary supervision of ready-made and sold drinking water,and puts forward targeted supervision and management suggestions,in order to provide reference for relevant practitioners to improve the sanitary level of ready-made and sold drinking water.
