免疫亲和柱-高效液相色谱法测定食品中玉米赤霉烯酮的含量

Determination of Zearalenone in Food by Immunoaffinity Column and High Performance Liquid Chromatography

本文建立了食品中玉米赤霉烯酮免疫亲和柱-高效液相色谱法定量检测方法。结果表明,玉米赤霉烯酮在5.00~50.00 ng/mL线性关系良好,相关系数为0.999 91,样品回收率为83.9%~95.9%,相对标准偏差为0.2%~8.7%。该方法准确性度高,精密度好,可用于食品中玉米赤霉烯酮含量的检测。

A method for the quantitative determination of zearalenone in food by immunoaffinity column high performance liquid chromatography was established.The results showed that the linear range of zearalenone was 5.00~50.00 ng/mL,the correlation coefficient was 0.999 91,the sample recovery was 83.9%~95.9%,the relative standard deviation was 0.3%~8.7%.The method has high accuracy and precision,and can be used for the determination of zearalenone in food.
