摘要
采用《生活饮用水标准检验方法 有机物指标》(GB/T 5750.8—2006)中毛细管柱气相色谱法测定水中三氯甲烷、四氯化碳。本方法主要优化标准曲线的配制方式及注意事项、优化顶空进样参数及色谱条件。实验表明,三氯甲烷标准曲线浓度在0.2~4.0 μg/L,四氯化碳标准曲线浓度在0.1~2.0 μg/L,三氯甲烷、四氯化碳的线性的准确度、精密度、最低检测质量浓度指标获得了满意的结果。
Tricloromethane and carbon tetracloride in water are determined by GB/T 5750.8—2006.This method mainly optimizes the configuration mode and precautions,the headair inlet sample parameters and chromatography conditions.The experiment shows that the concentration of chloroform standard curve is 0.2 ~4.0 μg/ L,the concentration of carbon tetrachloride standard curve is 0.1 ~ 2.0 μg/L,and the linear accuracy,precision and minimum detection quality concentration indexes of trichloromethane and carbon tetracloride obtain satisfactory results.
