摘要 随着我国国民经济的增强,人们生活水平不断提升,对食品的安全质量有了更高的要求。因此,在食品加工过程中,相关企业需要更加注重食品加工安全,去除任何会对食品安全造成威胁的污染因素,使食品加工环节能够符合我国相关标准,为人们提供更高质量的食品。食品安全检验工作的开展能够对食品安全起到一定的保障作用,因此需要提升检验的精准性。基于此,本文结合食品加工中的污染问题及其安全检验进行了分析,并提出了一定的解决对策,旨在增强我国食品加工质量,促进我国食品行业持续发展。 With the enhancement of China’s national economy,and the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,there are higher requirements for the safety and quality of food.Therefore,in the process of food processing,relevant enterprises need to pay more attention to food processing safety,remove any contamination factors that will threaten food safety,so that the food processing link can meet the relevant standards of our country,and provide the masses with higher quality food.The development of food safety inspection can play a certain role in guaranteeing food safety.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the accuracy of inspection.Based on this,the pollution in food processing and its safety inspection were analyzed in this paper,and certain countermeasures were put forward,aiming to enhance the quality of food processing in China and promote the sustainable development of China’s food industry.
