摘要
随着社会经济的快速发展,人们越来越重视食品安全问题。重金属的检测是食品质量检测的重要组成部分。本文重点介绍了原子吸收光谱法检测重金属的基本原理以及原子吸收光谱法在食品重金属检测中的应用。
With the rapid development of social economy,people pay more and more attention to food safety.Detection of heavy metals is an important part of food quality detection.This paper focuses on the basic principle of the detection of heavy metals by atomic absorption spectrometry and the application of atomic absorption spectrometry in the detection of heavy metals in food.
