摘要 二十四节气是我们优秀传统文化中不可或缺的重要部分,是古人智慧的集中体现,将其融入幼儿教育对于培养幼儿文化品格、审美感受能力,陶冶幼儿情感、科学态度方面大有裨益。基于此,幼儿园要全面谋划,整体设计,挖掘地域特色,将二十四节气与幼儿食育活动契合在一起,开展多元化的食育活动,帮助幼儿了解节气特点,关注食物变化和日常起居的过程,培养良好的饮食习惯和综合生活能力,为幼儿的全面健康发展保驾护航。 The thwcnty-four solar terms are an indispensable part of our excellent traditional culture and a concentrated expression of the wisdorm of he ancienls.Incorporating them into early childhood education is of great help in cultivating children's cultural character,aesthetic feeling ability,and cultivating children's emotions and scientific atudes.Bascd on this,kindergartens should make a comprehensive plan,design a8 a whole,1ap regional charalerestirs,inlegralte the twenly-four solar terms with food education activities for children,carry out diversified food education activities to help children understand the echaracteritics of solar terms,and pay atention to the process of food changes and daily life,cultivate good eating habits and comptehensive living abiliy,and escort the comprehensive and healthy development of children.
