摘要
建立了采用超声离心提取方法,气相色谱-质谱联用检测方法,测定船舶防污涂料中cybutryne(2-叔丁氨基-4-环丙氨基-6-甲硫基-1,3,5-三嗪)的含量。该方法以乙酸乙酯为提取试剂,经过超声和离心后,在选择离子模式下用气相色谱-质谱联用仪进行检测。优化实验条件下,cybutryne在测试的浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数(r^(2))大于0.99,检出限(信噪比S/N≥3)为.6.41mg/L,定量下限(信噪比S/N≥10)为25.66mg/L。方法的加标回收率为82%~110%,相对标准偏差小于5%。采用该方法对海洋防污涂料进行测定,检出cybutryne含量为765.12mg/L。该方法简便快速、定性定量准确、灵敏度高,能够满足船舶防污涂料中cybutryne的检测要求。
A method for the determination of cybutryne in marine antifouling paint by ultrasonic and centrifugal extraction procedure,and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)determination test was established in this study.In this method,ethyl acetate was used as extraction reagent.After ultrasonic and centrifugation process,it was detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry in selected ion mode.Under the optimized experimental conditions,there showed a good linear relationship of cybutryne in the tested concentration range,the correlation coefficient(r^(2))was higher than 0.99,the detection limit(S/N≥3)was 6.41 mg/L,and the minimum detection limit(S/N≥10)was 25.66 mg/L.The recovery was 82%〜110%,and the relative standard deviation was lower than 5%.A sample of antifouling paint was tested by this method,of which the content of cybutryne was 765.12 mg/L.The method is simple,rapid,accurate qualitatively and quantitatively,and has high sensitivity.It can meet the detection requirements of cybutryne in marine antifouling paint.
