摘要
介绍了硅烷锆盐复合技术的成膜机理、前处理工艺流程及车身电泳漆膜出现条纹问题的解决措施。针对涂装新线的硅烷槽液在生产过程中逐渐变黄的问题,通过调整槽液pH、添加絮凝降渣剂、更换板框机滤布和连续过滤等手段,成功将硅烷槽液彻底过滤清澈。通过总结硅烷工艺在前处理应用过程中的管理要点,为后续改善生产工艺的现场管理提供参考。
This paper mainly introduced the film forming mechanism,pretreatment technological processes of silane zirconium salt composite technology and the measures to solve the problems of stripe print of the electrophoretic coatings on bus body.In view of the problem that the silane solutions of the new coating line gradually turned yellow in the production process,the silane solution was thoroughlyfitered and turned clear by adjusting pH,adding flocculation slag reducer,changing the fiter cloth and continuous filtration.The management points of silane process in the application process were summarized to provide a reference for improving the on-site management of production process in the future.
